1. How do I create an account on SkyeOne?
Download the SkyeOne app or visit skyeone.app.
Tap "Sign Up", enter your name, mobile number, and email.
Verify via OTP and you are ready to browse and book.
2. What is the payment schedule? Do I need to pay everything upfront?
No — you only pay a portion upfront. SkyeOne splits your payment into easy tranches based on how far your event is:
Booked 15+ days before: Pay 20% now, 50% at 15 days before, and 30% at 7 days before.
Booked 7–15 days before: Pay 50% now, 50% closer to the event.
Booked within 7 days: Full payment upfront (rush booking).
All payments are made securely through the SkyeOne platform — no cash or bank transfers to vendors directly.
3. What types of events can I book on SkyeOne?
SkyeOne supports a wide range of event categories:
Weddings & pre-wedding functions (engagement, mehndi, sangeet, reception).
Corporate events (conferences, offsites, team parties, product launches).
Social celebrations (birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers).
More event categories are added regularly.
4. How do I know a venue is available on my date?
Every venue on SkyeOne has a live availability calendar.
When you select your event date during search, only available venues are shown.
Once booked, that date is instantly blocked in real time.
5. Can I visit the venue before booking?
Yes. Most venues on SkyeOne offer a site visit option:
Request a site visit directly from the venue listing page.
Visits are coordinated directly with the venue team.
SkyeOne does not charge any fee for site visit requests.
6. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds depend on when you cancel relative to the event date:
30+ days before: Full advance refunded (minus platform fee).
15–29 days before: 50% of advance refunded.
8–14 days before: Advance forfeited; milestone payment returned.
Within 7 days: No refund.
